Organic Whole Caraway Seeds

Caraway seeds are extremely aromatic and have a distinguishable earthy anise-like flavour. Most recipes only use a teaspoon or less, as they pack a lot of punch for such small seeds.
How To Use:
Caraway seeds have a warm, sweet, and slightly peppery aroma. It compliments any tomato based dishes, it also goes well with potato salads, coleslaws, poached fish and pork. They are used as a spice in breads, especially rye bread. Caraway is also used in desserts, liquors, casseroles and other foods
Storage:
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration recommended in warm climates.
