Caught in the Pacific waters off the coast of California, these crabs get their name from the Dungeness Spit, a long sandy stretch of Washington State’s Olympic Peninsula, where this species is most popular. With mild, tender, succulent meat in the body offset by denser flavor and firmer texture in the legs, Dungeness Crab offers a well-balanced flavor profile always underpinned by exceptional sweetness.
