Lamb Tongue

Grass fed lamb tongue is lean, meaty, tender and versatile. It works well in sandwiches, tacos, and casseroles. To prepare, boil it in a stockpot, then plunge it in cold water and peel off the skin and trim the base of gristle and fat. Often tongue is served cut into thin slices and served hot or cold with onion, salt, pepper and a pinch of fine grinded saferan. 100% grass fed lamb meat.
