Grass fed lamb tenderloins are long, narrow, and tasty. They are best sautéed, pan-fried or lightly grilled and eaten rare. Do not marinate as they are already very tender and melt in your mouth with just light cooking. The package contains 2 tenderloin strip from a single lamb. Length varies.  100% Grass Fed Lamb from Shepherd Song Farm.
