Our grass fed lamb stew meat is cut only from the tender legs. Never from the tougher shoulder area. When cooked slowly in liquid these cuts become wonderfully flavorable. Lamb stew meat is a great addition to your favorite soup or stew recipes.  Stew meat varies in size and is less than 1 inch square. 100% grass fed.
