Lamb Loin Roast Rolled

The lamb loin roast, combining the tenderloin and strip,  is one of the most tender and prized lamb cuts. These loins are deboned, rolled and tied for your convenience. Rub the loin with olive oil, herbs and your favorite spices. It is common to first sear and then finish in the oven. The result is succulent and delicately flavored meat.  Special order and may take additional time depending on processor’s schedule.
Our full and half loins are boneless, rolled and tied.
100% grass fed lamb.
