Lamb Brisket (Breast)

Lamb’s brisket (breast) is full of flavor when cooked slowly. It has a high bone and cartilage ratio and makes a rich broth with the extra fat poured off. The breast is cut in half, approximately 3 inches wide and 10-12 inches long. Breasts are also available boneless. Goat breast may be available by request. 100% grass fed and finished lamb meat.
