Gingko Nuts, Raw in Shell (Ginkgo biloba)

Ginkgo biloba is one of the longest living tree species, have medicinal and aphrodisiac properties. Gingko nuts are a magic anti-aging herb, improves blood flow in the brain. *Often added to Asian special dishes. Prepared either by boiling or roasting.For Boiling: In a small saucepan, add water enough to cover nuts by an inch above the nuts, add about 1tbsp of salt and bring to a boil. Boil about ten minutes and drain. Rinse under cold water.
