Four Blend Peppercorns

If you use any kind of seasonings on any of your food, you know that freshly ground, four blend peppercorns are the best kind of pepper! If you have a pepper grinder, you can use four blend peppercorns in anything. Use it to season your soups and steaks.  Mix it into marinade for pork chops or chicken! If you’re unsure about the four blend peppercorn, try simple black peppercorns first. If you’ve tried the four blend and love it, try the next step up—the five blend peppercorns! Or, you could try each of them individually and create your own unique blend!

Usage

Pepper is best ground fresh, or tie peppercorns in a cheesecloth bag and place in simmering stew or soup. Add to pot at end of cooking to control loss of flavor.
