Slow cook with aromatic vegetables and stock or smoke slowly over wood chips. Flavors infuse into meat as it cooks to complete tenderness and thickens in its own sauce. Slice leftovers against the grain for great Brisket sandwiches. This product features briskets trimmed with a 1/4″ to 1/2″ fat covering, with the fat cap only on one side to ensure optimal flavor and tenderness when cooked.
